WWE NXT Stand & Deliver is all set to pop off today (Sat., April 1, 2023) at 1pm ET, live on Peacock and WWE Network!

CagesideSeats.com will provide LIVE blow-by-blow, match-by-match coverage of NXT Stand & Deliver below, beginning with the first match of the evening and right on through to the main event.

It’s NXT’s annual WrestleMania weekend show, this time from Los Angeles’ Cypto.com Arena. They’ve been building to the main event NXT championship match for quite some time, and every match on the card has something on the line. It’s so difficult now, yes, everything has changed. As we struggle against an impossible current. how can we make things light again? How can we win? Maybe I’ll figure it out after I liveblog this here pro wrestling show for you, folks.

Chase U (Andre Chase, Duke Hudson, & Thea Hail) & Tyler Bate vs. the Schism (Ava Raine, Jagger Reid, Joe Gacy, & Rip Fowler) (Mixed Tag Team Match)

Chase and Fowler to start, tag to Reid, tag to Bate, diving uppercut, cover for one. Hudson tags in to some disagreement, Thea tags in ready to fight but Raine tags right back out and Gacy blasts Andre from behind! Corner lariat sets up the Rock Bottom, mocking S-C-H-I-S-M stomps but Chase powers up and cuts him off!

Tag to Tyler, whip across, corner forearm, scoop and a slam, standing shooting star press... NOPE! Finally Hail gets in and goes to work on Raine, big senton, cover for two and Jagger comes in and Tyler meets him! Waistlock, Reid with a back elbow, blind tag from Fowler, leapfrog sets up a double Hot Shot!

Chase in, the match breaks down, Hudson’s had enough and slides in for punches on everybody! Hail clears the ring, back to Gacy and Bate, the Upside-Down... CHASE MAKES THE SAVE! The Schism give Duke a t-shirt, the match halts for the drama, Hudson puts it on and the Schism hug him!

Chase U stand up, ready to take the fight against uneven odds... AND DUKE TEARS THE SHIRT OFF! HE BLEEDS RED AND BLACK! QUADRAPHONIC BOP AND BANG! Stereo dives from Bate and Hail! Gory Special...

Chase U win by pinfall with the Fratliner from Andre Chase and Duke Hudson on Jagger Reid, retaining control of the school for themselves.


The main show kicks off with an intro video from our hosts, Pretty Deadly, running today’s card down.

Gigi Dolin vs. Indi Hartwell vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Zoey Stark (NXT Women’s Championship Ladder Match)

The usual six-way chaos early, action to the floor, Valkyria kicks a ladder into Hartwell! Roxanne and Lyra jockeying for position over a ladder, Valkyria rams her in the corner! Gigi comes in, Lyra cuts her off with kicks and suplexes her into the ladder! Stark lays Stratton out on the floor and Valkyria sets up a ladder!

Tiffany and Roxanne climbing, Indi knocks the ladder over and starts climbing herself! She gets taken out, Gigi sets up Lyra on the ladder but Zoey returns and lays her out with a superkick! Tiffany Finlay Rolls Dolin into a ladder, Perez is right there for a side Russian legsweep but Stratton ducks it!

Climbing the ladder together, hands on the title, no good! Hartwell with a hard spinebuster on the ladder to take Tiffany out, she climbs the ladder but Stark cuts her off and hits a superkick! Zoey rams the ladder into her stomach to follow, pass to the apron, enzuigiri connects!

Slingshot back in, the overrotated facebuster, Stark climbs and reaches for the title, Roxanne tries to cut her off, literally hanging off her leg to keep her from reaching! To the floor, trading strikes, Pop Rox connects! Rolling solebutt cuts Tiffany off, she’s got Pop Rox scouted and goes for a powerbomb over the ropes but Perez reverses to a Frankensteiner and runs back in!

Climbing the ladder, Gigi returns and gets under her! Block the Frankensteiner, swing the champion into the ladder a few times, she hits the Cobra Twist Driver! Valkyria cuts her off, trading strikes, Lyra throws Stark into Hartwell on the floor and climbs! Dolin cuts her off, Tree of Woe in the ladder!

Gigi climbs, Valkyria climbs, jockeying for position and Dolin knocks her down! Mere inches from the title, but Jacy Jayne is here, bum and arm and all, to knock her off the ladder! Referees hit the ring to tell her she has to leave! Tiffany climbs alone, Indi is right behind her and she tips the ladder off... ACCIDENTAL SENTON ATOMICO INTO STARK AND VALKYRIA!

Hartwell struggling to climb... DEXTER LUMIS IS HERE TO HELP! HE SLIDES UNDER HIS WIFE AND GIVES HER A THUMBS UP! HE HELPS HER CLIMB THE LADDER ON HIS SHOULDERS! INDI WINS!

Indi Hartwell wins by climbing the ladder and retrieving the title.


We get a reel of “audition outtakes” of various WWE superstars doing movie lines.

Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes are shown walking backstage separately.

Daniel Cormier is shown in the front row.

Creed Brothers (Brutus & Julius Creed) vs. D’Angelo Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Tony D’Angelo) vs. Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) (c) (NXT Tag Team Championship)

D’Angelo and Julius and Coffey to start, Creed gets stuck in the corner, tag to Wolfgang, tag to Brutus, elbows everywhere and Stacks lands a dropkick! Julius with a front chancery takedown, Mark breaks it up! Small package, Lorenzo kicks out and Creed stands up and slams him!

Tony in, throwing knees, big back suplex neckbreaker from the Family leaves them standing tall but Gallus pull them out of the ring! Creeds to the floor to wipe the champs out and celebrate with Daniel Cormier! Back in, Brutus with heavy hands for Tony and Coffey, Mark from behind with a side headlock but Creed slams him!

Climbing up top, perching, up and over, Mark with a big knee lift, Wolfgang in, double spinebuster on Creed! Slamming D’Angelo, cover for one, Julius in throwing dudes around, suplexes for everybody! Fired up, kip-up, back elbow, big lariat! Springboard forearm, double stomp off the apron, diving crossbody... JULIUS KICKS OUT!

Julius gets Stacks and Coffey both up, Brutus off the double... DOUBLE DOOMSDAY DEVICE! Julius cleaning some house, back inside, D’Angelo catches him with an Olympic Slam, Channing off the top with a splash... GALLUS BREAK IT UP! Tony hits the Rock Bottom on Coffey and drags Stacks into the pin but Wolfgang shoves him into it to break it up!

Whip into tthe double back suplex, Lorenzo into the cover, but Joe Coffey pulls him out of the ring! Discus lariat takes Tony out! Throwing Stacks back in, fireman’s carry...

Gallus win by pinfall with the boot o’ doom on Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, retaining the NXT Tag Team Championship.


We get a Cora Jade hype reel.

We see Johnny Gargano getting ready backstage.

Pretty Deadly are outside of Bron Breakker’s locker room and recap the show thus far. They argue over who should go into the locker room before deciding to give the champ some space.

Axiom vs. Dragon Lee vs. Ilja Dragunov vs. JD McDonagh vs. Wes Lee (c) (NXT North American Championship)

Everybody staring at Wes, Dragon and Axiom take Dragunov and McDonagh out and the babyfaces circle. Wes ducking and dodging, passing Dragon into the turnbuckles, back suplex, lands on his feet, off the ropes, JD and Ilja back in! Throwing chops, in amongst themselves, but Dragon comes from behind and clobbers McDonagh!

Boot up in the corner, big tijeras, corner dropkick takes Dragunov out! Corner forearms, big hesitation dropkicks for both he and JD! Roll under, Dragon and Axiom facing off, off the ropes, drop down, double dropkicks but Lee’s hit true! Off the ropes... TOPE CON GIRO!

The two Lees going at it, Wes with a kick combo to send Dragon packing! Ilja in, Dragon suplex but Lee lands on his feet! Tijeras into the corner, big rising knee puts him on his ass?! Passing McDonagh back inside, Axiom cuts the champion off but gets knocked to the floor!

Whip to the corner, JD goes ass over teakettle but soon catches Dragon with a Spanish Fly! Devil Inside on Wes, but Ilja breaks it up by grabbing referee Darryl Sharma’s hand on the count! Everybody except Wes has JD surrounded and they take him out!

The match breaks down into “everybody do something cool”, Dragunov with running knees, drawing Wes up, fireman’s carry... BLU-RAY INTO DRAGON LEE! Senton off the top follows, Ilja goes back up top but McDonagh shoves him to the floor! Axiom takes him out with an enzuigiri!

Lees up top, Axiom comes under them, jockeying for position, he gets knocked down Wes and Dragon at it... TREE OF WOE DOUBLE STOMP TO THE FLOOR DRAGON LEE! Axiom with a tijeras that puts Ilja into JD’s arms and then he takes them both out with a DDT! Double northern lights suplex, chest kick, Dragunov tries to steal it but he can’t get it!

Rings of Saturn blocked, ankle lock applied, McDonagh with a kick to break it up! Kawada kicks on JD, Axiom with a superkick, back into the Rings of Saturn! JD comes over so Axiom lets go of Ilja’s far arm to put him in a Fujiwara armbar on top!

Back to the Rings, Dragon with a bodyscissors sleeper on JD, Dragunov powerbombs Axiom into the pile... WES LEE TAKES ‘EM ALL OUT WITH A TORNILLO OFF THE TOP! Wes Lee double handspring... CUT OFF WITH GOLDEN RATIO! Dragon wtih a German suplex and a lariat on JD, Ilja runs over with knees and a running knee!

Big belly-to-belly but Wes wakes up and breaks it up, standing moonsault stomp... SO CLOSE! Dragon Lee with the Liger Bomb... LEE KICKS OUT! McDonangh double-teams Axiom and Dragon, standing moonsault, no good! Axiom hits a wacky springboard monkey flip moonsault DDT on JD for two!

Ilja gets Axiom up top, deadlift avalanche brainbuster sets up Torpedo Moskau...THE LEES BREAK IT UP! Working Dragunov over with strikes, he fires back with chops, fires up, takes Wes down with a roundhouse kick but Dragon hits a rising knee! Off the ropes and Ilja lays him out with a lariat!

Wes back in it...

Wes Lee wins by pinfall with the Cardiac Kick on Ilja Dragunov to retain the NXT North American Championship.


We get a video package for Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte Flair.

We see Grayson Waller getting ready backstage.

Pretty Deadly are outside Carmelo Hayes’ locker room and they’re gonna get a scoop from him. They have some doubt and debate what kind of knock, but Trick Williams throws the door open and tells them to shut their double-breasted lips.

The scoop is Hollywood, LA, and Bron Breaker ain’t ready for Carmelo tonight, they’re bringing something new tonight, he’s gonna wrestle an alligator and tussle with a whale.

Grayson Waller vs. Johnny Gargano (Unsanctioned Match)

Waller goes to blast Gargano with a chair but Johnny sees it coming and dropkicks him out of the ring! To the floor, Grayson scraps at Gargano’s leg and he crumbles! Waller wastes time jawing with comentary and Johnny attacks from behind! Gargano blasts him with a monitor!

Back inside, Johnny gets some plunder and hits the Superman Spear into mounted punches! Beating him with a trash can, wedging it in the corner, lariat sends Waller to the floor! Off the ropes... GRAYSON BLASTS HIM WITH A TRASH CAN LID TO COUNTER! Bashing in the ribs with a chair, setting it up, making some kind of chair contraption on the floor!

Up on the apron, fireman’s carry, Johnny slips out, punches, Waller’s rolling thunder blocked, fireman’s carry into a buckle bomb into the trash can! Looking for another powerbomb, Gargano floats over, kick from the apron... SUPLEX OFF THE APRON AND INTO THE CHAIRS!

Throwing Grayson back inside, Johnny gets a table from under the ring to the delight of the crowd! Setting it up, looking for another apron suplex, Waller with right hands, off the ropes, a knee counters the Superman Spear! Tuning up the band, Johnny blocks the superkick, rolling elbow gets a knee gets an enzuigiri!

Rolling elbow from Waller, to the floor, Gargano with a chairshot to the right hand and Waller nails him in the ribs! Johnny sets him up on the table and goes up top but Grayson slides off and hits a Stunner! POWERBOMB PUTS GARGANO THROUGH THE TABLE! Back inside, cover... NOPE!

Ramming the end of a chair into Gargano’s ribs, side slam on the chair for two! Wailing on Johnny with a kendo stick, spilling to the floor for more, jawing at Candice LeRae and Baby Wrestling, beating Gargano up in front of her! Looking for a chairshot against the steps but Johnny dodges and grabs the kendo stick for violence!

Candice hands the baby to the girl sitting next to her and takes the kendo stick to beat Grayson up with it! He grabs it from her and tells her she just made the biggest mistake of her life but Johnny comes from behind with more shots! Back inside, slingshot... ONE FINAL BEAT CAN’T KEEP HIM DOWN!

Gargano Escape applied, Waller claws his eyes to force the break and lays him out! Cravate knees, putting a trash can on Johnny’s head, he goes up top... COAST TO COAST! Cover... GARGANO WON’T STAY DOWN! Setting Johnny on the announce table, piling chairs on him... GARGANO WAKES UP AND THROWS THE CHAIR AT HIM! HE POWERBOMBS WALLER THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE DESK!

Waller with a low blow, rolling thunder Stunner back inside... STILL NO! Chair in hand, Grayson wallops Johnny but Gargano comes back with a low blow of his own! Chairshots on chairshots, more chairs, horsecollaring him with one of the chairs... HITTING THE CHAIR WITH THE OTHER!

THE GARGANO ESCAPE IS ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! IT’S OVER!

Johnny Gargano wins by submission with the Gargano Escape.

Post-match, Candice and Johnny celebrate on the stage as Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis come down to join them!


Backstage the D’Angelo Family are breaking down the match.

Stacks is upset that he let the family down and Pretty Deadly roll up to chat with them looking for a “lovely little scoopy scoop.” Tony won’t make excuses, it just wasn’t their night, but they’re not quitters. Channing is stuck on the idea that he let the Don down but D’Angelo won’t let him beat himself up.

Pretty Deadly claim they’re the only team that can beat Gallus, and both teams bicker until a brawl breaks out and referees have to separate them.

Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn vs. Fallon Henley & Kiana James (c) (NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship)

Fyre dives on James during their entrance! Henley and Dawn to start as we actually get a bell, waistlock takedown into a kick from Fallon, la casadora bulldog, cover for two! Quick tags get an advantage, working Henley over, cover for two. Boot up on the chair, duck under a lariat, big right hand and both Fallon and Alba are out!

Tag made, James in with shoves, to the apron, moonsault to the floor! Back inside, back suplex on Fyre, whip to the corner, boot up, Kiana hits a spinning spinebuster... NOPE! Tag to Henley, back and forth, blockbuster for two! Alba in, double reverse STO, Kiana breaks it up!

James tags in, powerbomb lift, Fallon with a dropkick... ISLA BREAKS IT UP! All four women down and out, Kiana asks Brooks Jensen for her bag, Fallon and Josh Briggs beg him not to, she turns around into a superkick! Lungblower, Fyre off the top...

Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn win by pinfall with a senton atomico from Alba on Kiana James, becoming your new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.


We get a video package for Seth Rollins vs. Logan Paul.

Commentary hypes this week’s episode of NXT up.

Bron Breakker (c) vs. Carmelo Hayes (NXT Championship)

Collar and elbow, go-behind, Bron goes to break his grip but Carmelo lets go and shoves him. Go-behind, cradle takedown and Hayes charges right back in. Dog bark into the corner, Melo floats over, slingshot back in, leapfrog, dropkick! Off the ropes, Breakker shoulder blocks him into oblivion!

Duck the lariat, Melo slips on a slingshot, jawbreaker connects, try again, springboard lariat but Bron just shrugs him off! Standing moonsault for two, front chancery, maintaining control of the challenger, straight suplex connects. Hayes with a drop toehold, stomps in the corner!

Kicking the champion in the bicep, springboard lariat follows for a nearfall! Fujiwara armbar applied, eventually a whip to the corner, a big chop, whip reversed and another chop cracks the champ across his collarbone! Bron comes back with a slam for two, shoving Hayes off the ropes for kidney shots!

Breakker with a cover but Trick Williams saves his man and referee Darryl Sharma ejects him! Bron with a tope con giro, throwing Melo back in, off the top, diving bulldog... NOPE! Nearfall from Melo, nobody home on a dive, roll through, pump kick sends Breakker to the apron, Arabian press suplex brings him back inside for two!

Back up top, Bron meets him with an avalanche Frankensteiner! Both men down and out, rising, trading right hands, Breakker rolls him through, Steiner Recliner denied, Bron slams him but Hayes has the wherewithal to grab the arm-trap crossface in the aftermath!

Bron reverses with a pin, off the ropes, spear... REFEREE DARRYL SHARMA GOES DOWN TOO! Steiner Recliner applied, Hayes taps but with no referee it means nothing, and Trick returns with the title belt to knock Bron out! Pulling Carmelo into a cover, he slides out of the ring and wakes Sharma up!

Crawling to make the cover... BRON KICKS OUT! Springboard, Hayes in the military press but he reverses to a Codebreaker! Carmelo heading up top... NOTHIN’ BUT NET! IT’S OVER!

Carmelo Hayes wins by pinfall with Nothin’ But Net, becoming your new NXT Champion.

Post-match, Bron grabs the title and offers a fist bump. Carmelo grabs it the way he did at the contract signing and then Breakker presents him the title and raises his hand.
