The Iron Survivor Challenge matches are set

After weeks of qualifying matches to determine who would get into the men’s and women’s Iron Survivor Challenge matches, scheduled for this Sat., Dec. 9, 2023, at Deadline in Bridgeport, Connecticut, NXT had two more slots open. So, of course, they booked two “last chance” Fatal 4-Way matches.

Everyone who lost in the first few weeks got another chance at making their way in.

On the women’s side, Roxanne Perez, Thea Hail, Fallon Henley, and Kiana James were the four who squared up to start the show. In the end, Perez and James took each other out, giving Henley the chance to put Hail down to advance.

The women’s field, then, is set:

  • Tiffany Stratton
  • Lash Legend
  • Blair Davenport
  • Kelani Jordan
  • Fallon Henley

Over on the men’s side, Tyler Bate, Joe Coffey, Eddy Thorpe, and Carmelo Hayes got together to attempt to avenge their prior losses. Ultimately, in something of a surprise, it was Bate who hit Tiger Driver 97 to pin Coffey to advance, leaving Hayes out in the cold.

The men’s field, then, is also set:

  • Dijak
  • Trick Williams
  • Josh Briggs
  • Bron Breaker
  • Tyler Bate
