It was a momentous occasion on NXT television this week, as Lexis King made his debut proper on night one of “Halloween Havoc” at the Performance Center after weeks of vignettes. He was cutting promo after promo trying to distance himself from his father, Brian Pillman, so he can create his own name in the industry.

Dante Chen was his first opponent and his entire job was to make King look as impressive as possible. He did his job well, and King scored a dominant victory to get his NXT career started the right way.
