WWE Monday Night Raw comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Oct. 24, 2022) from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, featuring all the latest build to the upcoming Crown Jewel event scheduled for early next month in Saudi Arabia.
Advertised for tonight: Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair goes one-on-one with Bayley in a “battle for control,” as WWE is promoting it. The title will not be on the line, though it seems at least possible this is a prelude to another championship match. Or, perhaps even better, another way to get us to WAR GAMES! As of right now, nothing else specifically is being advertised. But and a whole lot more!
Come right back here at 8 p.m. ET when the Raw live blog will kick off once the show starts on USA Network. It will be below this line here. Reminder: GIFs and pics allowed, but no links to illegal streams, please.

Judgment Day make their entrance and hold court in the ring.
Rhea Ripley starts, saying last week AJ Styles found out what mommy’s known all along, the same thing she’s been trying to get through to us thick-skulled dimwits, and that’s that Judgment Day run Monday Night Raw. Finn Balor says AJ crumbled under Dominik Mysterio’s legendary pressure.
Which brings Priest to his favorite time of the night, when we all rise for the greatest luchador in the history of this business, Dominik. Mysterio takes a turn but gets drowned out by boos at first. He says Judgment Day are the only ones who ever believed in him, and last week he proved all the haters and doubters wrong when he beat AJ Styles clean in the middle of the ring.
And y’know, when he thinks about it, he’s this generation’s Eddy Guerrero, or rather Eddy was his generation’s Dominik Mysterio! And last week what he did to AJ Styles was just a small taste of what the Judgment Day—
The OC make their entrance.
AJ Styles says Dominik is actually this generation’s James Ellsworth, and they rush the ring, saying they’re gonna pick Judgment Day off one-by-one. Finn accuses him of hiding in the club that HE started, and while he’s being honest, ever since he left and moved on, everyone that ever came after him is living off of his legacy.
Today Judgment Day are in town, step up and get put down.

We see Johnny Gargano walking backstage with a whistle when Miz rolls up to ask him what he thinks he knows. Johnny taunts him and says he knows what he knows, but the A-Lister denies that there’s anything to know and tells him to quit lying and tell the truth.
And so we go to break.
Back from commercial we see a couple racing drivers in the crowd.
Miz is in the ring and on the mic.
He says Johnny Gargano has accused him of keeping a secret about what happened between him and Dexter Lumis and he’s right, but he’ll reveal it in due time. He goes over the facts, which is that Dexter got escorted away from Raw, kidnapped him, and invaded his home and so on.
He says Lumis has targeted him because of his mind and his knowledge, and when he chose to share his expertise with Tommaso Ciampa, Dexter was upset that Tom stole the career that he thought he deserved, and he just didn’t want Ciampa to know that he’s the reason this is happening, because he’s his best friend and he misses him.
Johnny Gargano appears on the stage and says Miz is full of crap and that’s not what really happened. He’s so full of himself that he doesn’t realize Ciampa is injured and not missing (he just texted Johnny not long ago), and if he wants Dexter and Gargano out of his life, he justh as to tell the real truth or he’ll blow the whistle.

She talks about how exciting this is but also what a challenge it is and the support she’s gotten from the likes of Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and Bianca Belair—
Damage CTRL roll up and take the interview over, telling her they’ve put all her allies on the shelf. LeRae asks what she’s trying to prove and says the only thing they’ve proven to her is that IYO SKY is still untrustworthy, Dakota Kai is still spiteful, and Bayley still isn’t Raw Women’s Champion.
This gets Bayley’s hackles up, she shoves the camera out of the way and Damage CTRL jump her to send us to break.
Back from commercial, Elias runs into Matt Riddle backstage.
Elias wants to clear the air but Riddle is still excited about jamming on the bongos with him. Elias says he’s a serious artist and he’s got a long history of being disrespected and interrupted and he’s vowed to do something about it since he came back.
He’ll let Riddle’s interruption slide, but if he ever does it again he’s gonna have to do something. Matt tells him he’s been hitting the bongs all week and plays some, leading the Drifter to clearly be conflicted about wanting to El Kabong him.
Alpha Academy save the day.
Chad Gable taunts them and asks if they’re in Blink-18-Shush and tells Elias to shave the beard and pretend to be Ezekiel again. Elias says they’re not in a band and not to disrespect his little brother, and since they interrupted him, he wants to see them out in that ring.

She says she knows she’s outnumbered tonight but she’ll take out Dakota and IYO to get to Bayley, because this is bigger than the title, it’s about payback. Bayley’s taken out all of her friends, so tonight she’s not stopping until she’s left with absolutely nothing.
And so we go to break.
