WWE hasn’t started their annual competition with the NFL and Monday Night Football yet, but there was college football on opposite Raw on Sept. 6.
That led to 3 - 4% drops in overall audience and 18 - 49 year old demo ratings.
In terms of total viewers, Raw averaged an audience of 1.849 million, down from Aug. 30’s 1.907 million. Ratings dipped to a .52 average across the show’s three hours, down from .54 the week prior.
Raw still had much better ratings among 18 - 49 year olds and 18 - 35 year olds than any cable original that wasn’t football on Labor Day (another potential factor in the slight declines they saw this week). And the hour-to-hour holds continue to look okay, but not nearly as good as they did over the last two weeks.
Hour One: 1.958 million
Hour Two: 1.842 million
Hour Three: 1.748 million
Next week Raw goes head-to-head with the Las Vegas Raiders and Baltimore Ravens from the building where SummerSlam was held. We’ll let you know how that works out for them.
