Undefeated WrestleMania tag team has good night at Latin Billboard Awards

When last we saw Bad Bunny & Damian Priest together on screen, they were picking up a win on night one of WrestleMania 37 at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium. Everybody loved Bunny’s performance, but it was time for him to go back to his main career. He took a golden microphone from Triple H, announced his new tour, and was off.

But those ‘Mania bonds are forever - as is WWE’s drive to be included in the larger entertainment business conversation, and they weren’t going to pass on the chance to send Priest (and Zelina Vega) to the Latin Billboard Awards during Hispanic Heritage Month.

It was another successful night for the team that took out Miz & John Morrison on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Mostly that was true of Bad Bunny. The man who gave us both “Dákiti” and the Bunny Destroyer cleaned up, winning 10 awards - including Artist of the Year. Priest was one of the presenters for the first trophy his partner picked up.

Congrats to the U.S. champ and his very successful friend. And come back, Bad Bunny! Raw could use you.
