NXT 2.0 is here and while we’ve already seen title changes for the men’s title (Tommaso Ciampa defeated Pete Dunne, LA Knight, and Von Wagner to win the strap Samoa Joe vacated last week) and the cruiserweight title (Roderick Strong defeated Kushida this week), there’s been no word on what’s going on with the women’s championship.
Until now:
IT'S OFFICIAL: @RaquelWWE vs. @FrankyMonetWWE for the #WWENXT #WomensTitle NEXT WEEK!@RobertStoneWWE @JessiKameaWWE pic.twitter.com/rrjpOQDzCI

Franky Monet came in before the changeover and was getting something of a spotlight. Raquel Gonzalez has been champion dating back to April and holding strong as the face of the division, though she’s been missing of late. During this week’s episode of NXT TV, they set up a match against each other for next week’s show.
Time for yet another changing of the guard?
Of course, this wouldn’t be NXT 2.0 without this segment also being used to introduce yet another new wrestler:

We’ll have to wait for next week to see if Lash Legend was simply in the right place at the right time to announce this or if she’s getting involved in all this.
