There was a spoiler report going around this morning from Fightful Select which said Mr. Money in the Bank Big E was scheduled for numerous segments on the Sept. 13 Raw from TD Garden in Boston. This would obviously involve the threat of E using his briefcase before, during, or after the WWE title match between Randy Orton and champion Bobby Lashley that was originally planned for Extreme Rules before being moved to tonight’s show.
Apparently, Big E hates spoilers, because he rendered the report moot a short time later:
Let’s let that cat out of the bag…I intend on cashing in my Money in the Bank contract tonight and cashing in to become WWE Champion.

Well, alrightee then.
Of course, just because E intends to do something on tonight’s Raw, that doesn’t mean it will happen. As WWE reminds us almost every week, “plans change”.
No comment yet from Lashley or Orton, but they’ll certainly be keeping their eyes peeled for a big meaty man with meat slappin’ on his mind (reminder that if E does successfully cash in for the WWE title, he could get his dream match with Bill Goldberg in the not too distant future).
