WWE RAW RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR SEPT. 13

Lock eyes like we’re staring down the barrel of a shotgun, appear so quickly, leave as swiftly as you came. Sometimes I wish I had the measure of a wise man, but I set the mood, plant the tomb and bury all the bones within. It sure is something when we all catch fire, but right now I have to liveblog this here pro wrestling show.

The show opens with Big E making his entrance.

RK-Bro immediately enter after him, and they’re followed almost immediately by Bobby Lashley and Montel Vontavious Porter.

E gets on the mic and reminds everyone that he fully intends to cash Money in the Bank in tonight. Matt Riddle says it’s good to have him back and asks him for the favor of not cashing in on Randy Orton, since he’s his best bro and all. MVP tells him to shut up and says Big won’t cash in on Randy because Randy will not be winning the WWE Championship tonight.

He addresses E and tells him he picked the wrong night to show up. Normally he’s happy to see him shaking his behind like an idiot and laugh, but he and Lashley are in no laughing mood tonight, because they were supposed to challenge for the tag titles tonight, but Orton miraculously politicked into changing his WWE Championship match to tonight.

Randy says he couldn’t see any way to throw Bob off his game besides changing the date but there was no politicking because he just had to go and ask, because he’s Randy freakin’ Orton. Big is excited because two big meaty men will be bumping meat tonight and Montel tells E that of the clowns he hangs out with, he really believed that he’d be the first to win the WWE Championship.

He insults E for running away from SmackDown because he’s afraid of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Orton interrupts and says all it’s gonna take is one RKO to bring Lashley to his knees and that’s what’s going to happen tonight when he wins the title. Big says he’ll cash in after that and win the title, Bob tells Randy he made the biggest mistake of his life challenging him for the title tonight.

He’s gonna delight in pummelling Orton’s weak little body around the ring, and if E tries to cash in, he’ll shove the contract so far up his ass he’ll be able to taste the fine print. RKO ON LASHLEY!

We go to break on another hype reel for NXT 2.0.

Back from commercial, we get a recap of Nia Jax vs. Charlotte Flair from last week.

Charlotte is interviewed in Gorilla.

She says Shayna Baszler and Nia get in each other’s way, and Baszler will never get to her level if she keeps being dragged down by dead weight. She is the best in every way imaginable, the ring is her throne, and her reign will last forever. Long live the Queen!

Shayna gets an inset video during her entrance.

Nia demands an explanation of her and Baszler says she just did what Jax would have done to her, and she believes she can beat Charlotte where Nia failed. Jax wants to get on the same page and Shayna walks off.

Charlotte Flair vs. Shayna Baszler

Collar and elbow, Flair with a knee lift, whip reversed, Flair Flip, Baszler cuts her off in the ropes with a knee! Baseball slide sidestepped, Charlotte with a plancha and we go to break!

Back from commercial, we’re informed the 2021 WWE Draft will be taking place on Oct. 1 and 4.

Charlotte Flair wins by pinfall with a big boot.

Post-match, Alexa Bliss makes her entrance, carrying Lilly and a present for the Raw Women’s Champion.

She gets in the ring and on the mic and says she wanted to bring her a gift to thank her for accepting her challenge. Flair says Bliss wouldn’t know her taste, because she doesn’t collect dolls, she collects championships, and there comes a time in every girl’s life when you need to leave your dolls at home.

Alexa chides her to have some fun and let her hair down (to which Charlotte points out that her hair IS down), and besides, everybody loves a good gift. Flair turns it down, Bliss insists, they do a Yes!/No! exchange and finally Charlotte relents because she loves gifts. She shakes it and says it isn’t ticking before gingerly opening the box and revealing a Lilly that’s dressed like her.

Bliss says her name is Charly and the Queen is not amused. Alexa says she heard her spiel about not needing friends, but everybody needs a friend, even a self-obsessed narcissistic bitch like Charlotte. Flair says she is narcissistic but Bliss has a point. She’s crazy if she thinks she’s going to win the title and she’s crazy if she thinks she wants this doll.

She’ll send her an official Charlotte Flair action figure when Bliss ends up in a padded cell but in the meantime, long live the Queen. She throws Charly at Alexa, they brawl, Bliss boots her out of the ring and hits a Yoshi Tonic when she returns!

We get a Randy Orton video package to hype up his title match tonight.

He says he isn’t telling us anything we don’t already know and deep down most of us don’t know who we really are. (Well I mean I think I figured it out eventually, champ.) He says most of us don’t figure it out until we suffer or inflict the suffering, and his list of casualties on Raw continues to grow.

There’s only one certainty, he will hurt every single person in this place until no one is left and he’s got everything he wants. He’s not here to get lost in the shuffle, he’s going to pulverize people until everyone learns to fall and pray.
