“The first women’s main event of WrestleMania is here,” she said as she sat down at the table for the SmackDown women’s championship contract signing for Extreme Rules later this month in Columbus. If there was any doubt about her status as a heel or a babyface or a tweener, that was out the window with that look. It went even further out the window when she acted as though she wasn’t going to sign the contract, then acted incredulous that fans would turn on her like they have after chanting “We want Becky” while she was gone.
“I left my baby girl at home and this is how you treat me?”
They even booed that.
They cheered Belair, never wavering in their support for her. Lynch eventually signed the contract to make the title match official. She promised it will end the same way the SummerSlam match did.
We shall see.
