My, my this demon heart of the master’s hand, crush me. Why, I don’t understand, and I know you’re not her, but I’m here to liveblog this pro wrestling show for you all the same.

The show opens with Mandy Rose making her entrance, flanked by Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.

Mandy Rose vs. Sarray

Rose keeping her distance early, Sarray gets a waistlock, standing switch, waistlock takedown and Mandy grinds her face into the mat! Doing push-ups on her back, Sarray fires up, flurry of offense, package suplex for two! Off the ropes, rolling solebutt, another two count! Rose with mounted punches, Sarray fighting from underneath, crossbody caught and reversed into a fallaway slam and the rally is halted!

She rolls out, deathlock, bridging back into the Muta Lock and keeping Mandy out of the ropes! A thumb to the eye breaks the hold, Sarray hammers Rose with forearms, slap gets a dropkick and then the hesitation dropkick in the ropes! Dolin and Jayna come to Mandy’s aid and cover her face with a towel while referee Aja Perera counts...

Sarray wins by countout.

Tomasso Ciampa cuts a promo backstage.

He says he has no problem with how Ridge Holland won his TakeOver match against Timothy Thatcher, it’s the post-match beatdown he had an issue with, and tonight he fights for his home and his family and he dedicates this ass-whooping to toothless Timmy.

And so we go to break.

Duke Hudson vs. Kyle O’Reilly

O’Reilly running circles around Hudson at first, nearly getting a heel hook on him but Hudson cuts him off with strikes to the injured ribs and works him over! KOR gets a Cobra Twist, Duke counters with a hip toss, hard whip into the corner, stomping the ribs, Kyle gets a hope spot out of a schoolboy, knee to the gut, thinking Ax and Smash but Hudson counters into a fireman’s carry gutbuster and we go to break.

Back from commercial, Hudson has a standing surfboard locked on, O’Reilly fired up to reverse it, Duke reverses back, this time the reversal mostly takes but Kyle’s ribs give out on him and an elbow smash brings him down! KOR firing off kicks, off the ropes, Hudson with an axehandle that lays O’Reilly out! Kyle gets a bodyscissors guillotine choke and falls back but Duke is able to post up and ram him into the corner to break!

Knee and a lariat, straight suplex for two, charging boot gets countered to a dragon screw and O’Reilly follows it up with another one! Back in the ring, heel hook applied...

Kyle O’Reilly wins by submission with a heel hook.

We see Ilja Dragunov limping his way along backstage to send us to break.

Back from commercial we get a hype reel for the In-Dex wedding in two weeks.

Ilja Dragunov makes his entrance, battered and limping, and gets on the mic.

“You deserve it!” chants ring out and he says before he goes back home he wanted us all to see that he’s still alive, and he feels more alive than he ever has before, like a man who just survived the biggest and most intense battle of his life! The will, the passion, the soul, the struggle... who is willing to go through all of that to take the NXT United Kingdom Championship away from him?

The Ring General has fallen, long live the Czar!

Kay Lee Ray is interviewed.

She says she’s here full-time because the women’s division needs a boost, needs a new top... player. She claims Io Shirai is running from her and that’s why she’s off in the tag division, and Ember Moon is yesterday’s news, one step away from a broken him, and she’s here because William Regal knows what she’s capable of, and she’s going to dominate.

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, Carmelo Hayes is interviewed.

He talks about all of his choices for champions to challenge when Elektra Lopez rolls up to tell him that the North American Championship is for Santos Escobar to win. Before he can answer, the rest of Legado del Fantasma rolls up. Escobar puts him over and says the North American Championship is his but since Carmelo is new, he’ll give him a one-time pass if he’ll be wise and stay out of his business.

We get an inset promo from Maverick and Waller where Grayson is confident and Drake is worried about being serious and winning the match.

Drake Maverick & Grayson Waller vs. Imperium (Fabian Aichner & Marcel Barthel)

Aichner and Waller to start, Fabian with chops but Grayson gets a wristlock, Whip across, front kick countered with a wicked overhand chop and Aichner takes him over for quick tags. Working Waller over, eventually he gets a jawbreaker and we get tags! Maverick in hot with kicks, basement dropkick takes Aichner’s legs out, one right on the button for Barthel and a low-bridge!

Fabian from behind with a waistlock, pulling him in, back suplex, Drake lands on his feet and Grayson tags back in over his objections! Aichner with a pump kick, Marcel takes Drake to the floor and wipes him out, tag made...

Imperium win by pinfall with the Imperial Bomb on Grayson Waller.

Backstage, Indi Hartwell asks Johnny Gargano to give Dexter Lumis a chance.

He says he’ll think about it but immediately runs into Dexter and demands that he just be normal for once, to send us to break.

Back from commercial, Pete Dunne and company cut a promo in front of a brick wall.

Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan want an answer, and Dunne calls Tommaso Ciampa out for running his mouth and says he needs to prove it against Ridge Holland. Holland says he and Thatcher can tell each other how motivated they are when they’re recovering together.

We see footage of Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne beating Sarray down backstage “moments ago.”

Johnny Gargano vs. LA Knight

Knight with a body slam out the gates, following it up with a wristlock, Gargano rolls through to reverse, leg pick, ride, front chancery applied! LA scrambling to reverse but Johnny stays on him until Knight hosses him off! Side headlock, shot off, shoulder block, drop down, leapfrog, thinking Gargano Escape but LA makes the ropes!

Shot off, duck the lariat, Frankensteiner sets up a Manhattan Drop, arm wringer, La Casita... KNIGHT KICKS OUT! Dropkick, chops in the corner set up a shoulder armbreaker, handful of hair into a whip into a back elbow and LA’s in the fight! To the floor, Johnny with a suicide dive, chops against the barricade, throwing Knight back inside and dodging an elbow drop!

Arm wringer gets a punch, LA Hot Shots him, straight suplex, slingshot shoulder block and Knight is in control as we go to break.

Back from commercial, Knight is still in control and working Gargano over. Johnny floats over a slam, O’Connor roll blocked, backslide attempt gets two! LA with a neckbreaker, a mat slam counters a back body drop, but Johnny rolls out of the way of a knee drop! Roll-through enzuigiri, Gargano’s fired up, corner forearm, off the second with the swinging reverse STO!

Knight rolls to the floor, Johnny off the ropes but his dive is cut off with an uppercut! Superman Spear connects... NOPE! Fighting in the corner, mounted punches from Johnny Wrestling, jockeying for position, Gargano Escape, no dice, One Final Beat countered but Johnny falls into Dexter’s arms! He jaws at Lumis, who shoves him away when LA charges in!

Back inside, Dexter’s interference goes south and Knight manages it...

LA Knight wins by pinfall with BFD.

Back from commercial, MSK have a chat with William Regal.

They offer to defend the titles against Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan next week, and he accepts, and we go to break.

Back from commercial, Boa cuts a promo where he says he let her down, but Mei Ying will show the world the power of Tien Sha, next week.

Jessi Kamea vs. Raquel Gonzalez

Collar and elbow, Gonzalez backing her into the corner and then bieling her across the ring! Kamea right back in, cut off with a vertical suplex this time but Jessi lands on her feet and tries to pick the leg! Raquel fights her off, lifts her up and charges her into the turnbuckle in an inverted Oklahoma Stampede! Side slam in the corner, up top, corkscrew elbow, Kamea in the ropes!

Ducking and dodging, leg kick into a low roundhouse, stepover toehold with elbow drops, Gonzalez sidesteps a kick and nails her with a dropkick! Scoop and a slam, Gallon Throw into the turnbuckles, Jessi stomps her foot to block a waistlock, back elbow gets a lariat and the champ is back in control! One-arm lift...

Raquel Gonzalez wins by pinfall with the one-arm powerbomb.

Ember Moon is interviewed backstage.

She says she was just hanging back trying to enjoy her birthday when Kay Lee Ray ran her mouth. She gets it, she’s Ember Moon and you want to make a name off her, but KLR has never been in the ring with her and she’ll take her ability to talk crap away if she doesn’t take her name out of her mouth. Wanna do something about it? How about next week?

Commentary hypes up a Samoa Joe sitdown interview and we go to break.

Back from commercial we get one of those hype reels for the new-look NXT.

Samoa Joe is interviewed by Wade Barrett.

He says he’s here to terrorize and dominate his opponents, but really he’s here to reestablish certain expectations as to what it means to be NXT Champion, to represent the brand in all aspects. He recounts the way he did so starting the week leading up to his title match.

He asks who among the NXT roster is going to step up and brave the wild to come after him and seize their destiny, and he’s more than happy to help them find those answers.

Ikemen Jiro gets an inset promo where he tells Roderick Strong that KUSHIDA will beat him when he comes back, but he wants a crack right now.

Ikemen Jiro vs. Roderick Strong

Strong going hard out the gate but Jiro puts a rally together, big Frankensteiner into a lariat and Roddy goes to the floor! Slingshot after him, Strong hip tosses him into the steel steps! Back inside, stomps to Ikemen’s back, back suplex backbreaker for two, tripping Jiro out of the turnbuckles to cut him off! Grounded Cobra Twist, uppercuts, Ikemen passes Roddy into the corner to try and stem the tide!

Right hands in the blazer, whip reversed, slide to the apron, hanging Strong over the top rope! Roddy with a knee, End of Heartache connects but he’s not done yet, another suplex lift...

Roderick Strong wins by pinfall with End of Heartache.

Post-match, Roddy declares himself the uncrowned Cruiserweight Champion.

Io Shirai, Zoey Stark, Kacy Catanzaro, and Kayden Carter are interviewed backstage.

The challengers talk about how they’re a real team and they’re going to beat the champions, and Zoey talks Io’s credentials up and says she’d take a bullet for her. Shirai tells everybody she doesn’t like any of them, but since Stark is on her team, they’re going to win.

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, Cameron Grimes is interviewed.

He says Ted DiBiase taught him there’s only one Million Dollar Man and only one Cameron Grimes.

Grizzled Young Veterans roll up to ask what it feels like to struggle for weeks and weeks and only have a replica title to show for it. They pull their own out, Zack Gibson mocks him for all the other replica belts he could bring with him next week, and Grimes takes the belt from them and drops it on Gibson’s toe before throwing money at them and running away!

Ridge Holland vs. Tommaso Ciampa

Collar and elbow, Holland backing him into the corner, Ciampa grabs a side headlock, shot off, back on, takeover, Tommaso in control until Ridge’s boys pull him out of the corner to safety! Ciampa puts Holland into the Lexan, smashes his arm over the post, he breaks the count and returns to set Ridge on the announce table and hammer him with an elbow!

Knee Trembler follows, Tom pops up on the apron, fired up, Willow’s Bell blocked and Ridge pounces him as we go to break!

Back from commercial, we got a slugfest, going forearm for forearm! Ciampa drops to seated, Holland punches him in the face! More brawling, Tom gets a big lariat, Fairytale Ending reversed into an Alabama Slam but referee DA Brewer wants to check on Ciampa before letting Ridge make the pin! Folding press, off the ropes, forearms to the kidneys!

Tom gets a back elbow off but he’s staggered, Holland throwing forearms back at him, Tom gets him up for the Air Raid Crash... NOPE! Post-match, Pete Dunne hits the ring and beats Tom down!

MSK make the save and brawl with Burch and Lorcan until the heels retreat!

That’s the show, folks.
