WWE NXT TakeOver 36 results - What was ‘Match of the Night’?

WWE.com

NXT has put a bow around its TakeOver 36 live event from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida. The black-and-gold brand wrapped up the show tonight (Sun., Aug. 22, 2021) with Samoa Joe becoming the first ever three-time NXT champion by pinning Karrion Kross.

Was that the best match on the card?

After Ridge Holland took care of business on the pre-show, the main card opened with Ted DiBiase helping Cameron Grimes take the Million Dollar championship back from LA Knight, then saw Raquel González make a statement by defeating Dakota Kai before being sent a message by Kay Lee Ray. The UK takeover of TakeOver continued with Ilja Dragonuv ending WALTER’s historic title reign. In the penultimate match of the show, Kyle O’Reilly won the Undisputed Saga by submitting Adam Cole.

Let us know which match you think was the best of the night in the poll below, and tell us why it was your favorite in the comments.
