Just put the titles on Shotzi & Nox already

I mentioned this in my full recap (cheap plug) of Friday Night SmackDown this week but there was a funny moment from the commentary team during the show. Just after Shotzi & Nox scored a win over the current Women’s Tag Team Champions, Natalya & Tamina, Michael Cole loudly proclaimed it was a “BIG UPSET.” Pat McAfee followed that up with “Upset City. Had no idea that was potentially happening.”

Here’s what makes that funny: these teams have wrestled three tag team matches and Shotzi & Nox have won all three. Nox also beat Tamina in a straight up singles match. In four matches since they were called up to the main roster, Shotzi & Nox have shown that not only was this not an upset, it was the expected result.

So why the hell aren’t they the tag team champions already?

What’s worse, they don’t even have a match scheduled for when they’ll get a shot at them! It’s a strange way to get a team over without actually pulling the trigger on them.
