Disappointed this isn’t a sword fight tbh

The long-awaited clash of former bandmates is upon us.

Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal have been circling one another since the latter’s return from injury. Mahal is bitter about the way McIntyre’s been received by WWE and its fans since he was re-signed after being released, saying he should get the same treatment since he carved that particular path.

Along with his henchman Shanky & Veer, Jinder cost Drew a chance to win the Money in the Bank briefcase. Since then, motorcycles have been destroyed, swords have been stolen, and weird stories have been told. Now they’ll fight at SummerSlam.

Here’s what the card looks like for next Saturday (Aug. 21) in Las Vegas with the addition of that match:

- Roman Reigns (c) vs. John Cena for the Universal championship

- Goldberg vs. Bobby Lashley (c) for the WWE title

- Rhea Ripley vs. Nikki A.S.H. (c) vs. Charlotte Flair for the Raw Women’s championship

- Bianca Belair (c) vs. Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s title

- The Mysterios vs. The Usos (c) for the SmackDown Tag Team championship

- Edge vs. Seth Rollins

- Damian Priest vs. Sheamus (c) for the United States title

- Drew McIntyre vs. Jinder Mahal
