Just a few days ago, news broke that Jimmy Uso was arrested on the night of July 5 for DUI in Pensacola. That was his third alcohol related arrest since 2019. He faced no punishment from WWE for the first two, and it would appear he won’t be facing any work related repercussions for this latest arrest either.
Indeed, Jimmy appeared on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, continuing his story with Roman Reigns. On this week’s show, Jimmy’s brother, Jey, made his return and the entire family reunited. They were ultimately attacked by a returning Rey & Dominik Mysterio, the current SmackDown tag team champions.
So, if anything, it seems The Usos could be next in line for a title shot.

The company line has been that their independent contractors are responsible for their own actions when not appearing for WWE. It would seem, then, that we should expect no interruption in whatever the promotion decides to do creatively every Friday night.
