If Becky Lynch is going to be involved in SummerSlam in some way, it won’t be in the Raw women’s championship match.
That’s because WWE made it official during this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw — Nikki A.S.H. will put her newly won title on the line in a triple threat match against both Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley on Sat., Aug. 21, 2021, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Here’s some of how they set it up on Raw:
Things got heated in a HURRY when @RheaRipley_WWE and @MsCharlotteWWE hit the ring to crash #NikkiASH's celebration as #WWERaw #WomensChampion! @NikkiCrossWWE pic.twitter.com/LX50DhG7LB

Flair demanded a rematch, calling out Nikki for not being a good representative of the title nor the company as its champion, before Ripley showed up to demand she be given the shot considering Flair got herself disqualified in their title rematch last week. In the end, Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce hit the scene to mediate and ultimately decided everyone had a good argument so they would just settle it with a triple threat match.
Easy peasy.
So far, this is the only match official for SummerSlam at this time.
