Jeff Hardy was scheduled for a meet and greet appearance at recordBar in Kansas City, the city Monday Night Raw will be held in this week, but that has been postponed because Hardy tested positive for COVID-19. The organizers took to Facebook claiming as much a short time ago:
Neither WWE nor Hardy himself have commented on the matter.
Hardy just returned to television on Monday Night Raw last week, using his old “No More Words” theme song. He defeated the debuting NXT Champion Karrion Kross, who vowed Hardy “just made the biggest mistake of his life.” That would seem to indicate there was a plan in place for the two to have some sort of program together but that would, of course, be on hold if Hardy is recovering from COVID-19.
WWE has typically remained quiet on talent testing positive for the coronavirus, so it’s likely we won’t hear any word on this unless Hardy elects to speak on it himself.
