One thing WWE has struggled with for some time now are the closing angles for major title matches on go home episodes of Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown. That’s why it stuck out so much to me when Bobby Lashley and MVP hit an absolute home run in the main event of the final Raw inside the ThunderDome this week.
I’m entirely comfortable saying this was probably the best go home segment to a title match in the past five years.
