The NXT title picture is getting awfully crowded

After Karrion Kross won the NXT championship back at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, he came out on television and said he was eager to take on any challengers. No one stepped up at the time, and it’s been a few weeks since then.

Finally, he came back for another promo this week saying much of the same. Only this time, damn near everyone answered the call:

Kyle O’Reilly showed up first, claiming that’s the match everyone wants to see. Pete Dunne was out next to challenge that claim before Finn Balor made his return to TV to dispute them both before attacking Kross, who already has a match lined up against Austin Theory next week.

Speaking of Theory, and North American Champion Johnny Gargano, they, too, showed up to the party and left the champ laid out on the mat.

Like Triple H himself put it:

We’ll see how this all shakes out in the weeks to come.
