Report: Alexander Wolfe, Jessamyn Duke among NXT releases (updated)

As PWInsider mentioned in reporting Drake Wuertz’s release earlier, we are hearing about several others being let go from WWE’s NXT brand today (May 19).

These names are coming from that site and Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, who had the Wuertz story along with Mike Johnson of Insider.

• Alexander Wolfe, the former Sanity member who was just written out of Imperium on last night’s show
• Jessamyn Duke, one of the “Four Horsewomen of MMA” along with Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler & Marina Shafir
• Vanessa Borne, who was rumored to have been quietly called up to the main roster last year
• Kavita Devi, who WWE touted as their first female Indian signee after she competed in the first Mae Young Classic tournament
• Skyler Story, formerly known as Brandi Lauren in Evolve and on the Florida independent scene, and Ava Storie in Impact
• Ezra Judge, whose real name is Ezekwesiri “EJ” Nduka Jr., a former pro football player signed in 2019
• Jake Clemons, a referee you may remember from when Kevin Owens discovered he was a Seth Rollins disciple and powerbombed him through a table on Raw last year
