HBK showed up to add a very HBK stip to Escobar vs. Devlin

The road to NXT’s Cruiserweight championship unification match between Santos Escobar and Jordan Devlin continued tonight (Mar. 24), as Escobar & Legado Del Fantasma’s interruptions couldn’t keep Devlin from picking up a win over Kushida.

It was when the two champs were staring each other down that things got exciting. Or should we say... sexy.

Shawn Michaels didn’t say a word. He just got a ladder out from under the ring, slide it between the two men and tipped his hat to them.

The Irish Ace and the Lucha Legend didn’t appear to have any objections. So it looks like we’ll be getting a ladder match to crown the one, true cruiserweight king on April 7 at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.

All it took was a Sexy Boy (who’s not your Boy Toy) to make it official.
