An early look at the card for next week’s NXT (and hopefully COVID protocols are being followed more closely now, so this one stays intact) shows it will be a showcase for women’s tag team wrestling.
Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon just won the new NXT Women’s Tag belts last week, but they’re already set to defend them on Mar. 24. Robert Stone’s clients Jessi Kamea & Aliyah made the challenge, and our tank-ridin’, ball pit fightin’ champs were happy to say they’ll TCB.

Not much suspense about the outcome of that one. But after NXT Women’s champ Io Shirai handed Raquel González a contract for a title shot at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver on April 7 - 8, all eyes will be on this one...

Dakota Kai won a hard fought battle against Zoey Stark tonight, then Shirai made the save - and delivered the contract - to González when the former NXT Women’s Tag champs threatened to continue the assault on the newcomer after the bell.
These two matches will join General Manager William Regal’s solution for resolving the issues between Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly on next Wednesday’s show.
Sound like good reasons to watch?
