Just six days out from Fastlane, and just weeks away from WrestleMania 37 on April 10 & 11 in Tampa, WWE went with a title change on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
After what was a pretty damn good television match, Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston defeated The Hurt Business’s Shelton Benjamin, who took the pin, and Cedric Alexander. The latter looked incredulous on the outside after his partner was pinned to lose the straps.
This makes The New Day 11 time tag team champions.

Don’t be surprised if they go back to Alexander and Benjamin feuding over the team’s lack of success.
Meanwhile, Woods & Kingston already have their next feud lined up. Before they were even done celebrating their victory in the ring, AJ Styles and his muscle, Omos, hit the scene to challenge the two to a match at WrestleMania 37 next month. Woods accepted, and it appears to be on.
