It’s Super Bowl weekend! Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will look to become back-to-back champions when they take on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV on Sunday, Feb. 7.
The game is taking place in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, which happens to be the same venue as WrestleMania 37. With that in mind, several WWE superstars offered their predictions on which team will win the big game. You can check out their thoughts in the video embedded at the top of this post. Even if you don’t care about football, you’ll likely get a kick out of Nikki Cross trying to make sense of American sports. You might also enjoy seeing that Tucker still exists, considering that he is rarely shown on WWE television these days.
The best prediction of them all belongs to Xavier Woods. He uses his vast knowledge of wrestling history to explain that just because someone isn’t currently scheduled to compete in the game doesn’t mean that they won’t show up. He predicts that we’ll see a run-in, and even drops an XFL reference in there.
I can already see it now. The New York Jets storm the field with their Money in the Bank Contract and blow it, because finding an inept way to lose is the New York Jets way.
