NXT and AEW ratings are heading in the same direction

The ratings and viewership data are in for this week’s (Feb. 24) NXT and AEW television shows.

Per Showbuzz Daily, Dynamite netted 831,000 viewers for a .35 rating point in the 18-49 demographic. NXT checked in with 734,000 viewers for a .18 rating point in the same 18-49 demo.

For AEW, this was an increase of about 84,000 viewers from the prior week, with a rise from last week’s 0.31 demo rating. For NXT, viewership increased by 21,000 viewers from the prior week, and the demo was up from last week’s 0.16.

AEW finished in 5th place in the demo rating for the night, while NXT landed in 24th place.

Total viewership and ratings for both shows have now increased in consecutive weeks. NXT’s demo rating has climbed up from 0.12 to 0.18 over the last two weeks, and AEW has moved up from 0.29 to 0.35 during that same time span. This is NXT’s largest total viewership and second biggest demo rating thus far in 2021. For AEW, it’s the third largest total viewership mark and second biggest demo rating of 2021.
