WWE Elimination Chamber 2021 results: Daniel Bryan wins, earns match against Roman Reigns

With the winner guaranteed to wrestle later in the evening in a Universal championship match against Roman Reigns, WWE went ahead and opened tonight’s (Sun., Feb. 21, 2021) Elimination Chamber pay-per-view (PPV) at the ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida with the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match.

The order of entry:

  1. Cesaro
  2. Daniel Bryan
  3. King Corbin
  4. Sami Zayn
  5. Kevin Owens
  6. Jey Uso

The order of elimination:

  1. King Corbin
  2. Sami Zayn
  3. Kevin Owens
  4. Cesaro
  5. Jey Uso

They started with two babyfaces in Bryan and Cesaro before bringing the heels in and making it even by the time all wrestlers made it into the match. Corbin went out first, tapping to Cesaro.

The first big spot of the match came courtesy of KO:

Zayn was next out, falling to a Stunner from Owens, who himself was quickly eliminated after Jey Uso closed his arm in the cage and then hit a frog splash.

Cesaro was the next to fall, as he was pinned by Uso as well. That left just Uso and Bryan, who had spent nearly the entirety of the match selling a knee issue from an early bump. However, he gained the edge when Uso went up the cage and found raised knees when he came off. Bryan’s follow up running knee scored him the pinfall and set up his latest title shot.
