Let’s set the scene.
After a brief chat with Mandy Rose, Bad Bunny linked up with Damian Priest, his good friend and running partner since he’s been in WWE. The two are interviewed when suddenly they’re interrupted by a commotion nearby. That commotion turned out to be more 24/7 championship shenanigans.
Akira Tozawa pinned R-Truth to win the title but made the mistake of celebrating his way right into Priest’s chest. He was thrown into a crate for his mistake and Priest encouraged Bunny to go ahead and get him a title off it, which is exactly what he did:

The 24/7 championship is a big joke, which makes it perfect for incoming celebrities and personalities on a run with the promotion. This should serve to continue garnering plenty of attention for WWE through Bad Bunny’s stunning popularity.
And, hey, Priest keeps getting the rub. It all works out nicely.
