To date, there has been shockingly little mention of Survivor Series on Raw and SmackDown.
Usually, by the time the calendar’s turned to November, we start hearing about “the one time of year the stars of the Red & Blue Brands collide!” Wrestlers are mentioning wanting to be on a traditional elimination tag team, or lobbying for a captaincy. Maybe there’s even been an invasion already.
Not in 2021. This year’s been pretty quiet. And then, 3pm ET on Sat., Nov. 6, the company’s Twitter account announced the men’s and women’s teams from both shows would be rolled out on social media.
BREAKING NEWS: The Men’s and Women’s #WWERaw and #SmackDown #SurvivorSeries teams will be revealed right here on @WWE’s Twitter account starting at 3:30 PM ET!

Maybe a bunch of qualifying matches where stars faced enhancement talents wouldn’t have made for must see TV, but this was still the least interesting, most devoid of any kind of story or context way to set-up the signature matches at a “Big 4” event.
“We make movies,” indeed.
Anyway, here’s the 2021 Survivor Series teams...
