Karrion Kross says ‘Nobody wants that piece of s***’ helmet he wore on Raw

Wrestlers released in WWE’s Nov. 4 cuts aren’t holding their tongue about their time working for Vince McMahon.

Sure, nobody’s gone full CM Punk or Jon Moxley. But if the initial reactions from some of these folks are any indication, the podcast circuit should be lively in the next 31 - 91 days.

Like the man he beat for the NXT title, Keith Lee, who also worked through a maddening, lackluster run on Raw before being fired yesterday, Karrion Kross’ shoot comment came via social media. And with some internet shorthand for laughter.

Kross, who I imagine will go by “Killer” again now that he doesn’t work for a company that makes PG product, cracked himself up with his response to a tweet from someone asking about the gladiator helmet he started wearing on television after SummerSlam...

It seems even WWE knew the look my man Geno called “Dollar Store Super Shredder” wasn’t it, as the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter says they were working on yet another repackaging for Kross when they decided to just cut him from their budget instead.
