I got what I came for afterlives ago, but the fire kept me below. You get what you pay for. trade it all for gold. We run back into the cold, but me, I’ve got to liveblog this here pro wrestling show for you, folks.

The show opens with Mandy Rose making her entrance as NXT Women’s Champion.

She gets on the mic and talks about how she did the unthinkable and defeated the unthinkable to become champion, and she congratulates Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne for winning the tag titles. She says she knows we have two thoughts— damn she’s hot, and where are her ladies?

Well, they’re beating Zoey Stark up in the locker room, as it turns out.

Enter Io Shirai.

She says she doesn’t like Zoey, but she likes Mandy even less, so she wants to fight her, right here and right now!

Mandy tells her to hold on and she’s forgetting that she’s in her world now and Rose isn’t scared of her and she’ll go right here, right now, and cheap shot her with a sucker punch to the back of the head! She beats Shirai down and throws her out to the floor and smashes her face into the announce table!

She drags Io back in the ring and gets back on the mic, saying this is NXT 2.0 and Shirai will never look like her, which just eats her a beatdown from the former NXT Women’s Champion. Snap German suplex, corner knees, double jump for the moonsault but Jayne and Dolin return from the locker room and attack her!

Shirai fends Gigi off and starts choking Jacy but Mandy returns to the ring and saves her girls! Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro run in to even the odds for the babyface side!

We get a Halloween Havoc recap video package.

Commentary hypes up tonight’s card.

We see Toxic Attraction walking backstage when they run into Dakota Kai, who prickles and says she didn’t do it to help them, she did it for revenge on Raquel Gonzalez.

Dakota makes her entrance to send us to break.

Back from commercial, we get Duke’s Poker Room, featuring Cameron Grimes.

The buy-in is $500 and Duke Hudson mocks him and asks him to give up his money now before they start playing.

Cora Jade vs. Dakota Kai

Kai going hard, cutthroat choke, Jade gets away, off the ropes, big tijeras! Snapmare, Oklahoma Roll, Cora trying for a pin, underhooks, Dakota reverses with a back body drop! In the corner...

Dakota Kai wins by pinfall with the corner kick.

Post-match, Kai drags Jade around and drags a table out of the ring and lays it across her upper body. Up on the apron, Dakota slinks off and leans against the steps, grabbing Cora’s skateboard and dropping it on her bottom.

We get a hype reel of social media reactions to Von Wagner and go to break.

Back from commercial, MSK get a vignette where they talk about the mysterious man behind the curtain for MSK, but we don’t get to hear the actual story because a bus rolls up.

Turns out that was their bus and they missed it, so they’re gonna walk.

Xyon Quinn makes his entrance and Robert Stone is in the ring.

Stone gets on the mic and says he gets it, he’s jealous of Robert Stone, but everybody is jealous of him, because he can do anything, so he’s gonna outsing him and then he’s gonna stomp him wearing a romper, 1-2-3.

Robert dances awkwardly and challenges Xyon to match him, but Quinn says he only came out here to kick his ass. Stone calls him chicken for not dancing and Xyon relents and lipsyncs to Shawn Michaels’ theme until Stone punches him. The music stops, Quinn with a big slam, a biel across the ring, fireman’s carry... CALIFORNIA ROLL! JACKHAMMER... I GUESS THIS WAS A MATCH BECAUSE WE GET A PINFALL!

Xyon Quinn wins by pinfall with a Jackhammer.

We get a video package for Joe Gacy where he talks about his partnership with Harland.

Xyon runs into Legado del Fantasma backstage and Elektra Lopez fawns over him to send us to break.

Kyle O’Reilly & Von Wagner vs. Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza)

O’Reilly and Wilde to start, mat grappling, tag to Mendoza, temperature turns up, bit of lucha libre but KOR brings him down to earth with grappling and tags Wagner in. Waistlock takedowns, Raul runs away, fallaway slam, tags made, double teams and they work Mendoza over in the corner, and we go to break with the babyfaces in control.

Back from commercial, O’Reilly running hot off a tag and taking Mendoza out with kicks! Elektra Lopez runs interference, Legado turn the tide and work KOR over but he gets over and makes the tag! Wagner in, big reverse STO... NOPE! Keeping the pressure up, Olympic Slam, LdF are fast...

Legado del Fantasma win by pinfall with an Oklahoma Roll on Von Wagner.

Backstage, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams are interviewed.

Carmelo says this is their court and they don’t miss, and Andre Chase rolls up and gets mad and wants to hand out an asskicking, after the break.

Back from commercial, we get more Duke’s Poker Room business, and Hudson is angry that Grimes is winning.

Andre Chase makes his entrance and gets on the mic.

He says he’s not the kind of man that responds to baseless rumors, but he just got told people on social media are calling him a coward because of the haunted house stuff last week, but the only thing to fear around here is Andre Chase, and if anybody in the back wants a PhD in getting their ass kicked, come on down!

Andre Chase vs. Bron Breakker

Breakker coming hard, chasing Chase around the ring, back inside Andre gets an eyepoke, snapmare into a cravate, Bron overpowers him...

Bron Breakker wins by pinfall with the military press powerslam.

Bron gets on the mic and admits that he took the worst loss of his career, and he’s going to beat him for the NXT Championship or die trying.

Imperium are interviewed backstage and talk about winning the titles.

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, it’s time for Lashing Out with Lash Legend.

She talks about how legendary Halloween Havoc was and rates some of the costumes at the party before introducing her guest, Tony D’Angelo.

He brings out Mark, the producer, who is very alive but also his arm is in a sling and he seems abused. Tony coaches him through the interview and tells him to take a walk. He says he’s here to make as much money as he can and slap some dudes around, and calls out Dexter Lumis, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunne, and Tommaso Ciampa.

He wants to wrap it up because he’s got a call with Vito in Secaucus, and he slips her a bill to get herself something nice and makes his exit.

Jeet Rama vs. Solo Sikoa

Knee lifts from Sikoa, kick into the corner, big uppercut, Rama fires off some punches but Solo goes up top...

Solo Sikoa wins by pinfall with a diving splash.

We get a Tian Sha vignette and LA Knight joins the commentary booth to send us to break.

Back from commercial, we get a Briggs & Jensen vignette where they’re hanging out and grilling and playing horseshoes and other such country business.

Boa vs. Grayson Waller

A lot of back and forth striking here, Waller powers up with a kick combo, cravate knees, big forearm, cut off on the springboard, Boa winds up...

Boa wins by pinfall with a roundhouse kick.

We get another episode of Duke’s Poker Room.

Soon enough they’re both all in and Cameron Grimes wins and Duke Hudson throws a predictable hissy fit.

We see Tommaso Ciampa walking backstage to send us to break.

Back from commercial, we get a Kay Lee Ray vignette of her smashing things.

Boa goes back to the throne and kneels, turning away from us. When he turns back, he’s wearing face paint and spits mist at the camera.

Tommaso Ciampa makes his entrance and starts talking about Halloween Havoc.

He says Bron Breakker earned his respect last week, and with the title comes great responsibility and a target on his back.

Enter Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams.

Hayes says it’s not about Ciampa anymore, and there’s a new school on the rise and he’s the leader of it. He wants to say, with no disrespect, that as long as he’s North American Champion, Tom takes a back seat to him, because he’s the real champion of NXT.

Ciampa says that Carmelo doesn’t believe a word he’s saying, but if he’s feeling froggy... jump. Trick says nobody’s here for Ciampa, and Tom drops him for his trouble! The two champions face off.

Ciampa is slow leaving and Johnny Gargano makes his entrance and they have a little moment to send us to break.

Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams vs. Dexter Lumis & Johnny Gargano

Lumis and Williams to start, Trick gets spooked and tags Hayes in. Carmelo is also spooked and tries to talk his pal into tagging back in when Dexter crawls up behind him! Tag made, Williams ducks a lariat but eats the Lou Thesz Press, quick tags and doubleteams from Gargano and Lumis.

Trick gets away and tags Hayes in, Dexter catches a pump kick and inches Carmelo back to make the tag! Johnny in, a shoving match breaks out, Hayes back body drops him to the apron and Gargano comes back in with the Superman Spear! He and Lumis run Hayes and Williams off with stereo crawling and we go to break.

Gargano fighting them off two on one, back body drop sends Hayes to the floor where he picks Lumis off the apron! Williams with an uppercut, tag made, double shoulder blocks and they work Johnny over in the corner. He fights them off and makes the tag! Lumis in hot with right hands to Hayes, corner lariat, back suplex, knee drop, suplex into the ropes... SO CLOSE!

Back suplex puts Hayes in tag range and it’s Williams and Gargano now! Johnny lands a superkick, tag back to Dexter, gloves on, stereo uppercuts, Lumis off the top, diving elbow drop... HAYES BREAKS IT UP! He tags in and gets to striking with Johnny Wrestling, big discus lariat wipes the North American Champion out!

Tag to Dexter, Side Effect into the arm triangle, Johnny fights Williams off but distracts referee DA Brewer long enough for Trick to hit Lumis with a shoe! Carmelo off the top...

Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams win by pinfall with a diving guillotine leg drop from Hayes on Dexter Lumis.

The two teams stare each other down.

That’s the show, folks.
