Bron Breakker is already getting his first taste of the main roster

NXT’s rebrand kicked off on Sept. 14, and it’s been clear since then that Bron Breakker will become the face of the show. Despite his lack of experience and very bad ring name, Breakker has been pegged by many as an obvious future star on main roster WWE. Some fans even joked that WWE would jump the gun and draft him to Raw or SmackDown earlier this month because of how impressive he’s looked on NXT 2.0.

Breakker isn’t on the verge of being called up to the main roster, but he will be traveling with the SmackDown roster for part of WWE’s upcoming tour of the United Kingdom in early November. The tour runs from Nov. 3 to Nov. 10.

WWE announced that Tommaso Ciampa will defend the NXT championship in a triple threat match against Breakker and Sami Zayn on several SmackDown branded house show dates towards the end of the tour:

Universal champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown tag team champions The Usos are not advertised for the tour, so Ciampa’s NXT championship will get a few nights in the spotlight, along with Breakker and Zayn.

Breakker failed to win the NXT championship two nights ago at Halloween Havoc, but that won’t stop Rick Steiner’s son from pursuing the title overseas. Do you think there is a surprise house show title change coming our way, Cagesiders?
