Io Shirai and Zoey Stark have been doing the mismatched-tag-team-who-can’t-get-along-but-have-achieved-great-success-so-they-stick-together-until-they-are-no-longer-having-that-success gimmick for months now. The first real threat to their tag team title reign came at tonight’s (Tues., Oct. 26, 2021) Halloween Havoc event in the form of a triple threat “Scareway to Hell” Ladder match against Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) and Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta.
They put together some nifty spots:

Ouch!
Io Shirai took a big bump off the big ladder and down onto the bridged ladder connected to the commentary desk. It looked brutal, as did a few other bumps the rest of the way. By the time the carnage cleared up, it was Gigi Dolin going up the ladder to win the titles.
We’ll see what this means for the future of Shirai & Stark.
But things are looking up for Toxic Attraction.
