The Usos’ younger brother gets a new name in his first NXT teaser video

NXT 2.0 is throwing the new wrestlers and gimmicks at us so fast it can be difficult to keep up. Solo Sikoa might be one we want to keep on our radar, though.

That’s the new, WWE name Sefa Fatu will be working under. If that last name looks familiar, it’s because Sefa is the same surname as a few guys we’ve gotten used to seeing on Raw and SmackDown over the last decade or so... and one who’s already in the Hall of Fame. While Sikoa describes himself as being left alone at 15 to become the “street champion of the island” in the above teaser video, he’s actually the younger brother of Jimmy & Jey Uso. That makes him the son of Rikishi (and cousin of some guy named Roman Reigns).

We don’t yet know when we’ll see Solo Sikoa in action on the developmental brand, as the video just announces he’s “Coming Soon”. But don’t be surprised if WWE’s newest member of the Samoan Dynasty - a 28 year old who’s been active on the independent scene since 2018 that they signed last August - is on a fast-track.
