As if we needed a reminder... the man did hurt his knee while working a zombie lumberjack match at WrestleMania Backlash earlier this year... Dancing With The Stars just provided us with one.
The Miz is a contestant on the 30th season of ABC’s long-running reality competition. By all accounts he’s doing pretty well. He and his professional dancing partner Witney Carson are into the fourth round, and in the middle of the pack based on judges scores after that latest routine.
It’s Miz & Witney’s quick step that provides us with the aforementioned reminder. Last night (Oct. 11)’s episode was Disney-themed, and the pair performed to “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin. The Awesome One wasn’t content to just dress like the Genie made famous by Robin Williams & Will Smith, either. The former WWE champion went full blue.
It’s a lot of look. But considering he’s already done the zombie thing, and lots of water-related gags with John Morrison this year - it’s arguably not even the wackiest thing Miz has done this year.
And hey, we don’t know how the audience voted just yet, but Miz’s commitment helped earn his & Witney their best scores of the season so far. So it wasn’t all for naught.
