Erick Rowan’s new tattoo is a fantastic tribute to Brodie Lee

One of the most touching moments from AEW’s tribute show to Brodie Lee was the surprise appearance of Erick Rowan, his longtime tag team partner in WWE. Rowan held up a sign that read, “Goodbye for now, my brother. See you down the road.”

Erick broke down in tears during his time on camera, and it was hard not to cry along with him while witnessing his emotions pour out.

Rowan has now revealed that he has a new tattoo dedicated to the memory of Brodie Lee. It’s a similar depiction to their Bludgeon Brothers gear, including their signature sledgehammer. The Old Norse word for “brother” is written on the head of the hammer.

Tony Schiavone reiterated on this week’s Dynamite post-show that he believes Erick Redbeard’s appearance in AEW was a one-time thing, but he did leave the door open for anything to be possible in the future.

What do you think of his new tattoo?
