Been a while since we’ve seen one of these. It’s pretty low on the list of things the pandemic has robbed from us, but I have missed the goofy things.
Well, with one of North America’s first forays into professional sports in the time of COVID wrapping up last night (Sept. 28) with the Tampa Bay Lightning raising the Stanley Cup in the NHL’s Edmonton bubble, it’s back.
Congrats to the Bolts, from your pal Haitch!
After 16 years, the #StanleyCup is coming back to the Sunshine state... with THIS @WWE Championship. Congratulations to @RealStamkos91 and the @TBLightning on an amazing postseason run nobody will ever forget. #GoBolts pic.twitter.com/mQOCNraTTz

You didn’t get to go to any games, and you probably won’t have a parade (although this is Florida, so you never know). You also missed out on hosting WrestleMania this year.
But that’s a nice belt. Lord Stanley is even nicer.
