The ratings and viewership data are in for this week’s (Aug. 12) NXT and AEW television shows.

Per Showbuzz Daily, Dynamite netted 792,000 viewers for a .32 rating point in the 18-49 demographic. NXT checked in with 619,000 viewers for a .16 rating point in the same 18-49 demo.

For AEW, this is a decrease of about 109,000 viewers from the prior week, and a drop from last week’s 0.36 demo rating. For NXT, viewership decreased by about 134,000 viewers from the prior week, and the demo rating fell from last week’s 0.20.

AEW fell from 5th to 9th place in the demo rating for the night, while NXT plummeted from 27th to 65th place.

Viewership and the demo ratings noticeably dropped for both shows, but the decrease stands out more for NXT because their numbers are relatively low to begin with.

AEW’s demo rating of .32 doubled up NXT’s .16, and Chris Jericho wants to make sure you know all about it:

NXT’s ratings aren’t all that far from its all-time low marks. They’ll hope for better results when they go unopposed on Wednesday next week (Aug. 19) due to AEW having to rearrange Dynamite’s schedule for the next few weeks.
