More than six months after we first heard rumors of it, WWE unveiled a new design for their United States championship on Raw last night (July 6).
Well, we’re assuming it’s the new belt. Apollo Crews is still the champ, and the one he has looks like it has for most of this century. If he beats MVP, who awarded himself the new look title, we guess he could opt to keep the old design. But we figure WWE debuted this bad boy for a reason.

So what do we think?

Personally, my initial reaction was “NO!” But I’m a middle-aged dude who didn’t much care for change when I was young. It’s grown on me overnight, but I’m still not sold.
My main thought is “that’s big.”

I like the eagle a lot, but that could be my longing for this beauty from days gone by.
