There have been multiple instances of a person working for WWE at its Performance Center testing positive for COVID-19 over the past couple months, with the likes of Renee Young and Kayla Braxton going public after being diagnosed with it. After the most recent batch of positive test results, WWE implemented widespread testing.
Now, Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting more people who were at the Performance Center have tested positive for the virus.
The report notes WWE has administered nearly 1,500 tests since the end of June and there have been “at least 30 people” who have tested positive over the past three weeks. It was only recently the company instituted an official policy requiring face masks be worn at tapings.
There’s no word on exactly who has tested positive and WWE will not be releasing that information publicly.
