We knew a week ago that the last taping Kairi Sane attended would be the last we would see of her for a while in WWE. That last taping covered Monday Night Raw last week, where she defeated Bayley and made us wonder if they were sending her off on a win, and this week, where Bayley got her revenge and made clear what was happening all along.
She’s been written off television, and immediately took to Twitter to say thank you for her time with the company:
My time in the NXT & WWE locker rooms was incredible. Everyone was kind, funny, & talented, so every day was full of happiness. Also, I was saved by the supportive staff behind the scenes. I will forever love & respect all these professionals I had the pleasure of working with.— KAIRI SANE (@KairiSaneWWE) July 28, 2020
I was able to accomplish so much in the last three years, but it wasn’t because of my ability or my strength. It was because of all of the constant, warm support from the fans. I am so thankful I could meet you all.— KAIRI SANE (@KairiSaneWWE) July 28, 2020
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

Kairi should have been a much bigger star for WWE but injuries and creative just kept getting in the way.
Here’s to nothing but the best for her going forward.
