Robert Stone is gonna need to borrow John Laurinaitis’ old People Power scooter

Matt Camp’s Injury report from NXT’s July 22 episode was all about pain.

It’s not clear that any of the three men listed will miss any time. One, Timothy Thatcher, certainly won’t, seeing as he’s in the only announced match for next Wednesday’s show. But Oney Lorcan did make it so Thatch “will have to tolerate the pain” on July 29 when he faces Dexter Lumis and Finn Bálor for a spot in TakeOver: XXX’s North American title Ladder Match.

If anyone’s going to sidelined, it’s Dominik Dijakovic. Keith Lee’s frenemy was sacrificed at the altar of Karrion Kross’ build as a NXT championship player. Dijakovic is is so messed up Camp couldn’t even get a list of injuries, but did note that Heavy Double-D is “in a considerable amount of pain.”

Then there’s everyone’s favorite possible Tony Khan parody, Robert Stone. This week was a mixed week for Bob. He landed an A-List client, but got run over by a tiny tank AGAIN en route to signing Mercedes Martinez. Stone was already in a walking boot thanks to his previous run-in (or should I say “run over” yukyukyuk) with Shotzi Blackheart. Now that she got the other leg, The Brand is gonna need help getting to the ring for Martinez’s matches.

Maybe this beauty is still laying around somewhere in WWE’s warehouse...

Let’s make that happen. Until we do, here’s Camp’s latest video and a list of what’s covered:

  • Dominik Dijakovic - various undisclosed injuries; hurts all over
  • Robert Stone - Partially torn leg ligaments; probably thinks he’s dying
  • Timothy Thatcher - Hyperextended left arm; medically cleared, but hurts
