For her shot at the SmackDown Women’s title at Money in the Bank, Tamina debuted a new gimmick where she was conflicted between demonstrating that there was no one meaner or no one nicer than her.
It was intriguing. And it led to a pleasant surprise of a match.
After Sasha Banks helped Bayley retain at the PPV, Tamina disappeared from television. Most of us figured the veteran had been brought back for a one-off that could prolong the story going on with the champ and her best friend.
Maybe that’s all it was. But Tamina popped back up on Twitter this afternoon with a video that continues to develop her new character. And this one isn’t cutesy like her previous, Firefly Fun House-esque productions.
After my devastating loss at #MITB and 10 years of being used and abused it has finally happened.....”The Trepidation”.

UPDATE: Welp, Tamina deleted the tweet which contained the video. We’ll have to draw our own conclusions about what that means, but I’m guessing it wasn’t WWE-sanctioned. Here’s a version that was ripped before she took it down. It’s missing the first shot of the exterior of a mental hospital at night, but otherwise here you go:
Even if this doesn’t amount to anything, @TaminaSnuka is awesome. pic.twitter.com/VkPjHHGL1S
