Yes, there will actually be matches on Raw tonight!

After a reported COVID outbreak at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando was discovered last week, plans have been changing more than ever. Despite the fact the show was taped on Saturday, there were still no matches announced for the Raw tonight (June 29) as of 4 p.m. Eastern.

But there will be wrestling on the three hour sports entertainment variety program, scripted fight fans! WWE announced two bouts a short time ago, both following up from developments on last Monday’s show.

After Street Profits ended their “anything you can do, we can do better” series with VIking Raiders by defeating them in the ring to retain the Raw Tag titles, Andrade & Angel Garza attacked the champs. Erik & Ivar saved their friends, so...

Montell Vontavious Porter tried to bring the United States championship he once held for almost a year back home by recruiting Apollo Crews into his stable. But the current champ said no, so MVP had his man Bobby Lashley take Crews out. Sounds like a recipe for a non-title match if I ever heard one!

Booking 101 points to another Raiders loss so Zelina Vega’s clients can challenge Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins, and probably Lashley & Shelton Benjamin helping Porter steal a win.

But if there’s ever a time to expect the unexpected, it’s now.

Let us know what you think of these matches, and join us in our live blog at 8 p.m. Eastern to see how they play out.
