WWE releases NXT UK’S Ligero, Travis Banks after #SpeakingOut accusations

WWE Network

While the company hasn’t said anything as of this writing, multiple sources are confirming WWE has released NXT UK’s Ligero (real name Simon Musk). PWInsider was the first to publish the news.

Post Wrestling’s John Pollock also says Travis Banks (real name Travis Bligh) has been let go.

Both men were the subject of #SpeakingOut stories shared on social media last week. Bligh was accused of a being emotionally abusive in a relationship with a trainee which started when she was 17 year old. Musk was accused of indecent assault by one wrestler with several others coming forward to report he’d sent them inappropriate text messages.

Bligh and Musk are the second and third NXT UK roster members released, following Jack Gallagher (Oliver Claffey) last week.
