Edge made a not-exactly-surprising-but-still-awesome return to wrestling at Royal Rumble in January. Almost nine years after retiring due the risk of paralysis posed by cervical spinal stenosis, he started a feud with Randy Orton which led to matches at WrestleMania 36 and Backlash.
It was while filming the latter that he tore his triceps. We learned last Monday (June 15) he’d undergone surgery and was recuperating at home.
Then today, he tweeted this:
June 22, 1998 I made my @WWE televised debut. Tonight, on #RAW exactly 22 years later, I update everyone on my future. pic.twitter.com/A6FGcrwIp7

Could we be on the verge of another high profile “that was my last match” announcement in as many days? Or will the 46 year old Edge declare his intention to make another comeback?
Join us in our live blog tonight, and we’ll find out how the Rated R Superstar celebrates this anniversary.
