Earlier today, WrestleVotes tweeted this...
I really don’t want to spoil the news for everyone, so I’m not. However, I got a phone call earlier with info that RAW will feature something unexpected. Which I think everyone will like.... Sometimes scares never heal.

Most folks assumed that auto-correct got the best of Votes there, and connected the dots to a line from Christian’s “Just Close Your Eyes” entrance theme. That suspicion seemed to be confirmed by TalkSPORT’s Alex McCarthy when he quote-tweeted WrestleVotes:
Can confirm.

You’re gonna wanna peep #RAW tonight. https://t.co/UXQYRkHpry
Christian quietly retired after suffering a concussion in 2014. When Edge returned, he shot down comeback talk for himself, since his was a brain injury. He’s been active as a commentator across WWE properties of late, in addition to working a few well-received stints in storyline-advancing spots on Raw and SmackDown... including one for Edge & Randy Orton’s feud just last Monday.
Captain Charisma has a long history with Orton on his own, as well. It wouldn’t take much narrative work to start a program between Christian and The Viper.
Provided Jay Reso’s healthy and cleared.
But we’ve seen Daniel Bryan and Edge come back, so it certainly wouldn’t be unprecedented. I mean, we know not to trust wrestlers, right?
Or he could just be there to talk? Or take a safely choreographed punt to the head (with corresponding #legslap of course).
Tune in to find out, Peeps! We’ll be following along in our live blog, I’ll tell you that.
