The main show kicks off with a video package mainly dedicated to the GREATEST WRESTLING MATCH EVER.

Bayley and Sasha Banks are interviewed backstage ahead of their match.

Bayley insists on getting them both a big intro and they shrug off a question about how their friendship will survive losing the tag titles if that should be the case.

Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross vs. Boss and Hug Connection (Bayley & Sasha Banks) (c) vs. Iconic Duo (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce) (WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship)

Bayley, Kay, and Cross to start, Nikki throwing punches right away, and the heels team up on her. Bayley takes control, and we soon get a stalemate with all six women in the ring. Royce looking to steal a win, Banks kicks out and cuts Bliss off, lucha arm drag into a cover of her own, no dice. Snapmare, Gory Special, Sasha slips out, victory roll pin on her for two.

Trading covers at length, the match kind of amorphous and aimless, Bayley tags in, stacks Cross up in the corner, nobody home but Nikki runs into a big boot from Kay that forces the champ to break the pin up! Jeff Hardy vs. Sheamus

Sheamus with a headlock takeover out the gates, Hardy to his feet, waistlock, the Celtic Warrior rams him back into the corner. Jeff with a headlock of his own, block the shoot off, Sheamus takes him to the corner and jaws at him before taking control back. Whip across, Hardy with a front kick, a basement dropkick, stomps and kicks to the leg in the corner.

Sliding elbow of sorts, double axehandle, Celtic Warrior shrugs it off, uppercuts and choking the Charismatic Enigma in the ropes. Pulling his mesh shirt apart, but Jeff gets a back body drop to the apron and knocks him down with a running dropkick! Following after, splashing him off the steel steps!

Drawing him up, gourdbuster into the turnbuckles leaves Hardy collapsed on the apron and clutching his knee! Scoop lift, spin-out slam sets up a diving knee... NOPE! Soon enough Sheamus goes into the post, Twist of Fate, Hardy up top... SHEAMUS GETS HIS FOOT ON THE ROPE AFTER THE SWANTON BOMB!

Action to the floor, Hardy runs the barricade... AND JUMPS RIGHT INTO A BROGUE KICK! Back inside...

Otis Dozovic rolls up and says that no matter who wins tonight, he might cash in.

Asuka (c) vs. Nia Jax (WWE Raw Women’s Champions)

Circling, Asuka ducks a charge and lights Jax up with strikes! Uraken caught, Asuka slips behind her on the lift, sleeper hold blocked, tilt-a-whirl armbar attempt but Nia cuts her off with right hands! Into the corner, boots up, smashing Jax’s face into the turnbuckles! Nia charges in and Asuka grabs the octopus hold!

Wrenching back, Jax hosses her way out of the hold and runs her over with a lariat! Trying for the armbar again, denied, shoved off, and Nia freight trains her! Cover for two, standing surfboard over the ropes, spinebuster after the escape, another two count! Sleeper hold, grinding the champion down, but she gets away and locks a guillotine choke on!

FLYING ARMBAR ON THE FLOOR WHILE REFEREE JOHN CONE COUNTS! Jax posts to her feet and counters, swinging the champion into the barricade!

Post-match, Asuka nails Nia with a hip attack off the apron!

Montel Vontavious Porter is on the phone backstage when Lana rolls up.

She says this is the greatest night in Bobby Lashley’s career and she wants to give him some advice. MVP cuts her off and says he’s not the one she needs to be talking to, that’s Lashley, but she’s not gonna talk to him because she’s scared of what he might have to tell her.

Lana gives no response.

Miz and Morrison get some promo time before their match, and they use it to show their new music video.

Braun Strowman (c) vs. The Miz and John Morrison (WWE Universal Championship Handicap Match)

Miz to start, circling, and immediately backing off to tag Morrison in. The A-Lister gets a cheap shot in, John with leg kicks, Braun hosses him into the corner but Morrison ducks his attacks and tags right back out! AJ Styles is interviewed backstage.

He says he could have taken the night off, but he had to be here to offer us a special invitation for this week’s SmackDown— he wants to have the greatest championship presentation, and he wants Daniel Bryan to be there to learn how a real champion gets things done.

Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre (c) (WWE Championship)

Lashley gets the full nelson locked on before McIntyre even finishes his entrance! Referees swarm and try to pull him off as he falls back! Eventually he lets go and Drew dry heaves, rolling on the mat. He gets to his feet, and we get a bell!

Bob rams him in the corner over and over, smashing his face into the apron, right hands, release suplex, only a one-count! Boots in the corner, choking the champion, and finally McIntyre gets a chop in edgewise! Lashley knocks him down, kneeling armbar, shift positions, take his entrance coat off him at last, knees to the back set up a rear chinlock!

Bridging northern lights suplex from Drew gets a swinging neckbreaker from Bob, cover for one! Choking McIntyre over the ropes, Drew gets away and clotheslines him to the floor! Ramming Lashley into the barricade a few times, MVP gets in his face and backs off, Bob with a firemans carry... RELEASE DEATH VALLEY DRIVER ON THE FLOOR!

Fireman’s carry reapplied, Bob rams the champ into the post and takes him back inside to break the count. Back on the floor, catching his breath, Lashley charges but McIntyre counters with a belly-to-belly into the barricade! Straight suplex on the floor, back inside for real this time, trading strikes in the middle of the ring, chops ringing out across the arena!

Whip to the corner, Drew explodes out with a lariat, follows it with a big boot, heads up top for a diving lariat! Fireman’s carry, out, McIntyre with a spinebuster for two! Montel giving his man a pep talk from ringside, he fights out of a front chancery but eats a front kick. Drew off the ropes... THRUST SPINEBUSTER CAN’T PUT THE CHAMP DOWN!

Drawing McIntyre up, putting him into the post, reverse STO... JUST A ONE COUNT! MVP calls for the full nelson, Bob comes from behind but he can’t lock his hands! Struggling, Drew knows he’s done for if Bob gets it, he tries to kick off the turnbuckles but Lashley cuts him off and smashes his face into the turnbuckles!

McIntyre with an electric chair, Bob holding onto the ropes as long as he can but he suffers the inverted Alabama Slam for two! Drew suffering, to his feet, charging in, back body drop to the apron but he hangs Lashley’s throat across the top rope! Coming off the top, Bob catches his lariat into an arm-trap crossface!

Shifting to a side headlock as McIntyre gets to his feet, the champ hosses him up for a Tombstone piledriver but Lashley slips out and reverses into an ankle lock! Bob off the ropes for the spear but the champ counters into a double wristlock that forces Lashley into the ropes for the break!

Taking Bob to the corner, climbing up with him, jockeying for position... SUPERPLEX! Both men down and out, Drew rises first, countdown... THE SPEAR CUTS THE CLAYMORE OFF AND NEARLY ENDS THE MATCH! MVP directing traffic, Lana makes her way to ringside and hops up on the apron to argue with the referee.

McIntyre shoves Bob at her, he stops himself short but a headbutt to Lashley knocks her down and into MVP, Drew takes advantage...

Drew McIntyre wins by pinfall with the Claymore to retain the WWE Championship.

Post-match, Lashley and MVP head to the back, leaving Lana sitting on the ramp shocked as they pass.

Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) (c) vs. Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (WWE Raw Tag Team Championship)

We cut to the parking lot where Viking Raiders and Street Profits are brawling... and Erik gets thrown into the windshield of Braun Strowman’s Buick! The alarm goes off and they all run inside the building and I guess this one’s gonna be cinematic because we get footage of them brawling in a loading bay.

The Profits find some golf clubs and get ready to tee off... but the Vikings have shields, an axe, and a... bowling ball? Sure. The tag champs run away in the face of this and make their stand in a hallway, but Montez suggests they put all this stuff down and fight like men. They set their weapons down and resume brawling!

Superman Punch from Ford gets the hip toss knee from Erik, he and Dawkins brawl out of the hallway, Ivar wakes up, bowling ball in hand and has a flashback to the bowling game they had. He throws a strike on Montez’s balls and goes to check on Erik... AND ANGELO POUNCES ON HIM THROUGH PLATE GLASS!

Warbeard has a flashback to eating turkey legs and tells him anything he can do, they can do better, and Erik and Ford arrive survey the damage. The two teams bicker about how their fight escalated and Ivar wants to take it outside, but the other three guys point out they’re already outside as he storms off.

They square up and we hear engines revving in the distance. Motorcycles pull up and rev their throttles menacingly at the two teams. The lead biker, who we now see is dressed like a ninja, gets off and advances. He takes his helmet off to reveal Akira Tozawa! He says anything they can do, he and his boys can do better, and he throws his helmet at Warbeard!

Ivar catches it, the four men in the actual match have a huddle where they discuss what to do about these ninjas on bikes, and they agree to work together. Lightning strikes, Ford has his red Solo cup... and a chyron reveals they’re united as the Viking Profits! They want the smoke! Tozawa calls for his ninjas, and a brawl breaks out!

The Viking Profits take the ninjas out and do a leaping four-man fist bump. Akira waves somebody new over, a tall ninja with a sword. Ivar uses the force to call his turkey leg back into his hand, what am I watching? The new ninja brandishes his sword, Erik says he’s got this one but the other three guys save him from himself and they all climb on top of a production truck.

Warbeard gets left behind, panting and out of breath, but he meets up with the other guys. Erik defends his pal from Profits’ accusations by saying that Ivar beat up the ninjas, and then we get some more brawling. Dawkins takes Erik off the truck and into a big blue bin, Ford and Warbeard follow, and we see that it’s a dumpster they all fell into.

We get a flashback to all the women who told Ivar he was cute over the course of their competition, and referee Jessika Carr appears to tell them their match is next and also tell Ivar he’s cute. Growling noises, they panic and try to scramble out of the dumpster... THERE’S A GATOR IN THE TRASH!

We cut away and do a house ad for the Undertaker documentary.

When we cut back, commentary informs us that no tag title match is forthcoming.

Edge vs. Randy Orton (GREATEST WRESTLING MATCH EVER)

Circling, collar and elbow, into the ropes and out of them, Orton drops him and we go back to circling. Back to the lockup, side headlock applied, shot off, drop down, leapfrog, hip toss, stalemate. Edge with a side headlock this time, countered to a headscissors, again the stalemate. Off the ropes, drop down, it actually does its job and Edge trips and falls through the ropes and to the floor!

Another lockup, into the corner, Randy breaks dirty with a knee lift! Whip across, slide low to the floor, jockeying for position, Edge with a big boot! Back inside, cover for two, Orton with a kick to the ribs and an uppercut, whip reversed, big arm drag into a keylock from the Rated R Superstar. Shifting to an armbar, standing switch, but a judo throw gets Edge back in control.

Side headlock applied, Orton posts to his feet, he gets him in the corner and stomps his foot. A tijeras sends Randy to the floor, Edge goes up top but the Viper cuts him off with a right hand from the apron. Jockeying for position, Edge with a diving lariat off the top! RANDY’S BUSTED OPEN! Back inside, Edge with forearms, whip across for a knee to the midsection.

Another whip, another knee, Russian legsweep into an arm-trap crossface! Jockeying for position, ducking the RKO, back-to-back backbreaker connects! Action to the floor, he shoves Edge neck-first into the Lexan barrier! Back and forth between the barrier and the apron, to the announce table, to the steel steps, back to the announce table, breathing creepy in Edge’s ear and taking him back inside for the cover... NOPE!

Garvin Stomp, reverse chinlock, putting the Rated R Superstar into the turnbuckles neck first as he starts to recover. Straight suplex, turns out to be the Three Amigos, Edge blocks number three and goes for his own set! Both men down and out, trading overhand chops on the mat! The chops keep coming as they rise to their feet, Orton cuts him off with a dropkick!

Action to the floor, Edge with a glassy-eyed stare as Randy pulls him up the apron, clubbing overhand strikes... SUPERPLEX CAN’T PUT THE RATED R SUPERSTAR AWAY! Off the ropes, both men thinking crossbody and they wipe out! Edge to his feet first, elbow up on the charge, a kick out of the corner, jockeying for position, thinking about the hanging DDT but Edge slips out... EDGECUTION! Cover... NOPE!

Knee strike, off the ropes, another knee, again, a sliding forearm this time... NOT ENOUGH! Headed up top, diving crossbody... STILL NO! Orton with a schoolboy, reversed, Edge has the arm-trap crossface again! Counter to a cover, only two, Edge looking to go right back to it, but the Viper hits the Olympic Slam!

Whip across, looking for a dropkick... COUNTER POWERBOMB FROM THE RATED R SUPERSTAR! More drama, RKO denied, leapfrog, Edge-O-Matic... NOT HAPPENING! Edge getting that wild look in his eyes again, calling for it, waiting...LEAPFROG THE SPEAR! SCOUT THE POWERSLAM... KILLSWITCH! ORTON KICKS OUT! Whip reversed, Randy hits a Hot Shot!

Kick to the gut, underhooks... THE PEDIGREE CAN’T PUT EDGE AWAY! Whip reversed, Rock Bottom from Edge... STILL NO! Fighting over a backslide, Edge gets it for two! Uppercut from the Viper sends him flying! Hanging DDT countered by hanging Orton’s throat across the top rope, slide under, sunset flip, no dice! Schoolboy, still no, Oklahoma Roll, not happening, RKO... EDGE KICKS OUT!

Randy lying in wait, he wants the punt... BUT EDGE GETS UP AND SPEARS HIM! ANOTHER SPEAR! BUT THE VIPER KICKS OUT! Whip reversed, springboard... EDGE KICKS OUT OF A SECOND RKO! Fighting over a hold, Orton goes low and capitalizes on it...

Randy Orton wins by pinfall with the punt.

Post-match, Orton talks at length to Edge while both men are on the mat.

Edge is stretchered out.

That’s the show, folks.
