A loaded show doesn’t have much effect on SmackDown’s numbers

WWE.com

SmackDown stayed about two million viewers on Fri., May 22, although just barely in the second hour. It was because of the drop-off between 9 and 10 p.m. Eastern that the episode’s average audience was down from the week prior.

The ratings similarly held steady, and even saw an increase in the share of men below 50. In the most watched demo, WWE and Fox shared first place in the 18 - 34 ratings with a rerun of MacGyver on ABC.
