Shad Gaspard died as a hero earlier this week, after he and his son were caught in a riptide off Venice Beach in California.
The wrestling world reacted to the news by expressing how much Shad meant to them, and now his wife Siliana has posted a statement on Instagram about her husband.
She mourns the loss of Shad, expresses her love for him and what he meant to her, and thanks everyone who helped search for him after he disappeared in the ocean:
