The ratings for AEW and NXT plunge to all-time low levels

The ratings and viewership data are in for this week’s (May 13) NXT and AEW television shows. It was a rough Wednesday night for pro wrestling.

Per Showbuzz Daily, Dynamite netted 654,000 viewers for a .23 rating point in the 18-49 demographic. NXT checked in with 604,000 viewers for a .15 rating point in the same 18-49 demo.

For AEW, this is a decrease of about 78,000 viewers from the prior week, with a big plunge from last week’s 0.28 demo rating. For NXT, viewership decreased by about 59,000 viewers from the prior week, and the demo rating declined from last week’s 0.18.

AEW dropped from 12th to 15th place in the demo rating for the night, while NXT fell from 33rd to 46th place.

The viewership and demo rating for AEW are both an all-time low. For NXT, their demo rating tied their all-time low, and their viewership total is among the worst they’ve ever had.
